60例外伤患者行早期美容缝合的临床效果

【摘 要】目的 探究对外伤患者行早期美容缝合治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年9月我院收治的60例外伤患者为研究对象，均采用早期美容缝合的方法进行治疗，观察患者术后3个月的瘢痕状态，并分析瘢痕形成因素，比较患者术后3、6个月瘢痕评分及不同特征患者瘢痕评分。结果 术后3个月SCAR评分>7分的总占比为13.33%（8/60），即瘢痕组；SCAR评分≤7分的总占比为86.67%（52/60），即为无瘢痕组；60例患者术后6个月的瘢痕评分为（1.96±0.11）分，高于术后3个月的（2.03±0.21）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；有刺激性饮食、受伤类型为挫裂伤或切割伤、受伤部位在脸部、有过敏性疾病的患者瘢痕评分较高，差异有统计学意义（P

Clinical Effect of Early Cosmetic Suture in 60 Patients with External Injury

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of early cosmetic suture in patients with external injury. Methods From January 2021 to September 2022， 60 patients with external injury admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with early cosmetic suture. The scar status of patients at 3 months after operation was observed， and the factors of scar formation were analyzed. The scar scores of patients at 3 and 6 months after operation and the scar scores of patients with different characteristics were compared.
