【摘 要】目的 探讨微螺钉支抗种植体在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2022年3月于我院行口腔正畸的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组采用传统强支抗进行正畸，试验组采用微螺钉支抗种植体进行正畸，比较两组牙齿情况、口腔功能评分及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组磨牙移位、上下中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Application Effect of Microscrew Anchorage Implant in Orthodontics

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of microscrew anchorage implant in orthodontic patients. Methods Sixty patients who underwent orthodontics in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional strong anchorage for orthodontics， and the experimental group was treated with micro-screw anchorage implant for orthodontics. The tooth condition， oral function score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The molar displacement， convex distance difference of upper and lower central incisors and inclination angle difference of upper central incisors in the experimental group were better than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P
