【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate thecurrentstatusand influencing factorsof radiation protection knowledge among radiologynursesinGuangxi，andtoassesstheirtraining preferences，soas toprovideabasis forthedevelopmentof targeted educational strategies.Methods226 radiologynurses from member institutions of the Guangxi Nursing Asociation were selectedasresearch subjectsbetwen JuneandAugust2O24.Aself-developedradiation protection knowledge scale was administered toinvestigateandanalyzethecurentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofradiationprotection knowledgeamong radiology nurses.ResultsThe mean scoreforradiation protection knowledge was （121.96±26.32）points，which was at a moderatelevel.Hospital gradeandwhether theyreceivedadequateradiationprotectioneducationwerethemain influencing factors （ P<0.05 ）.Online learning was the most preferred training format （82.74% ）.ConclusionWhile radiology nurses generallypossessagoodlevelofradiationprotection knowledge，furtherimprovementisneeded.Astandardized，flexible trainingmodelthatintegratesonlineandoflinemodalities isrecommended toenhanceparticipationandeffectiveness.
