【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore theimmuneanddrugsensitivityregulatoryefectsof fructose-2,6-diphosphatase (PFKFB)ontumors,and toanalyze the gene expresion,immune subtypes,anddrug sensitivityofPFKFBfamilymembers, so asto provide new knowledgeforcancer treatment targets.MethodsData for33cancertypes,including RNA-seq,clinical phenotypes,and immune subtypes,were downloaded from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA).Cell data and RNA sequencing data were obtained from CellMinerand processed using PerlandRlanguagesandtheir packages.Wilcoxon test wasused to processand analyze the sequencing data downloaded from the TCGA database.ResultsTheexpressionof PFKFB familymembers exhibited different heterogeneityindiferentcancers.PFKFB1,PFKFB3,andPFKFB4predicted poor prognosis in patientswithmultiplecancers,andallmembers wereassociated with immune response.Research had found that PFKFB2 and PFKFB4 might promote drug resistance incancer cels. ConclusionBased on gene expresion and its coreltion with immune infiltrationand tumor microenvironment,membersof thePFKFB family have specificroles in each type of cancer,and PFKFB2 and PFKFB4 may serve as targets for cancer therapy.
