Abstract Objective：To construct the training content system for clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and provide a reference basis for the cultivation of clinical nursing talents in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Based on the theoretical framework of the quality onion model and integrating the results of literature review and research group discussions， the framework of the training content system was initially drafted. Two rounds of consultations were conducted with 18 experts using the Delphi method to collect opinions and suggestions. Results： The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 94.7% and 100.0% respectively.The expert Cr of the two rounds of letter inquiries were 0.927 and 0.957 respectively.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance of the first⁃level，second⁃level and third⁃level indicators in the second round was 0.478，0.686 and 0.654 respectively.Finally， a training content system for clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing was constructed， which included 5 first ⁃ level indicators，18 second⁃level indicators and 56 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The construction process of the training content system for clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in this study is rigorous and scientific，which can provide useful references for the homogenization and standardization training of clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
