Best evidence summary of risk management of intra-hospital transport in patient with mechanical ventilation

Abstract Objective：To retrieve，evaluate and summarize the best evidence for risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation to provide reference of intra-hospital transport for clinical staff.Methods：The relevant literature regarding the risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation was retrieved in clinical decision-making， related official websites of relevant guideline and Chinese and foreign databases.The retrieve time limited from the establishment to 15th May in 2024.The evidence-based team independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted data.Results：A total of 14 articles were included，involving 1 clinical decision-making，2 evidence summaries，3 guidelines，3 systematic reviews，3 cohort studies，2 expert consensuses. We summarized 35 pieces of best evidence，including 9 aspects with transfer risk，transfer decision，transfer team，transfer instrument，transfer items，transfer process，transfer route，equality control，and special case.Conclusions：Evidence summaries in this study can be used to formulate protocol for intra-hospital transport in patient with mechanical ventilation，to help clinical staff achieve more standardized and safer patient transport.
