戊型肝炎病毒与宿主细胞相互作用

摘要：戊型肝炎病毒是一种RNA病毒，主要感染猪、野猪和鹿，也感染兔、鼠、禽类、羊等其他动物。近年，病毒的组分及宿主细胞因子之间的相互作用成为研究的热点。与病毒有相互作用的细胞因子渐渐的被发现，这为研究戊型肝炎病毒与宿主细胞因子的相互作用机理提供新的方向。

Hepatitis E virus Interacts with Host Cells

Abstract：Hepatitis E virus （HEV） is an RNA virus.Mainly infected with pigs，wild boar and deer，but also infected rabbits，rats，poultry，sheep and other animals，through contaminated water，undercooked meat and offal into the food chain and infected people.After HEV infection，most of the patients showed self-limited disease，but a few of them turned to chronic hepatitis，cirrhosis and other liver diseases.In recent years，the interaction between viral components and host cytokines has become a research hotspot.The discovery of cytokines that interact with virus gradually provides a new direction for studying the interaction mechanism between hepatitis E virus and host cytokines.
