生鲜乳中抗生素残留途径及解决措施

摘要：近年我国愈发关注生鲜牛乳中抗生素含量的检测工作，明确提出生鲜牛乳中抗生素残留的检测方法。该文论述生鲜乳中抗生素的来源和危害，研究生鲜乳中残留抗生素的检测方法，提出生鲜乳中抗生素残留的途径及控制方法，旨在有效解决生鮮乳中抗生素的残留问题。

The Way and Solution of Antibiotic Residue in Raw Milk

Abstract：In recent years，more and more attention has been paid to the determination of antibiotics in fresh milk in our country，and the method for the determination of antibiotic residues in fresh milk has also been clearly proposed.However，at present，the more common β-lactam enzymes are used to increase the difficulty of the determination，is Somehow masking the antibiotic residue.This paper discusses the source and harm of antibiotics in raw milk，studies the detection method of antibiotics in raw milk，puts forward the way and control method of antibiotics in raw milk，in order to solve the problem of antibiotics in raw milk effectively，the antibiotic residue in fresh milk can be blocked by the advanced antibiotic detection method.
