禽流感和新城疫血凝抑制试验检测方法

摘要：血凝试验（HA）与血凝抑制试验（HI）属兽医实验室检测禽流感、新城疫等家禽A类疫病常规方法，但在具体操作阶段，一旦操作不规范极有可能降低试验检测结果精准程度，弱化工作效率。该文主要论述禽流感和新城疫血凝抑制试验检测方法。

Methods of Hemagglutination Inhibition Test for Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease

Abstract：Hemagglutination test （Ha） and hemagglutination inhibition test （Hi） are routine methods in veterinary laboratory to detect avian influenza and Newcastle disease，if the operation is not standardized enough，the accuracy of test results will be reduced and the work efficiency will be weakened.The methods of hemagglutination inhibition test for avian influenza and Newcastle disease were discussed in this paper.
