物流企业人力资源效率评价研究

摘 要：对于企业的生存和发展而言，人力资源在其中扮演着重要的角色，对物流企业的人力资源效率进行科学评价，有助于促进企业的可持续发展。本文基于投入产出角度，运用数据包络分析法（DEA）对S省JY物流企业人力资源效率进行分析，并提出相关对策，以期为相关人员提供参考。

Abstract： Human resources plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. The scientific evaluation of human resource efficiency of logistics enterprises will help promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the input-output perspective， this paper uses data envelopment analysis （DEA） to analyze the human resource efficiency of JY logistics enterprises in S Province， and puts forward relevant countermeasures to provide reference for relevant personnel.
