竞争情报支持下福建推进科技创新的路径探析

Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】This studyaimed to discusshow to drive the transformation and upgradingof economic structureandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofFujianProvincethroughthescientificandtechnologicalinnovationunderthe backgrondofglobalizationandrapiddvelopmentofscieneandtechnologyinrdertoprovidepracticalreferenceanddecisionmakingbasisforthelocalgovermmentstoformulatetheeffectivescientificandtechnologicalinnovationpolicies，industrial uprading pathsand high-quality developmentstrategies.【Methods/Procedures】Theresearch status ofcompetitive intellgence andscientificandtechnological innovationathomeandabroad wassummarizedby meansof the methodssuchas literature investigation，policyanalysisandnetworkinformationcollection.Then，therelationshipbetween thetwoandtheroleofcopetitive inteligence inscientificandtechnological innovation were discussed.【Results/Conclusions】Theresearch showedthatthe competitive intellgencecould provide support for thedecision-making，processmanagementandachievement transformationof scientificandteologcaliovationinFujianProvince.Accordingly，thecoespondingotizationstategies ereputfoard includingenhaning thecapacitybuildingofcompetitiveintellgence，strengthening itsaplication supportinteevaluationof scientificandtechnological innovation，establishingthemechanism-orientedscientificandtechnological innovationexchage platform，and strengthening theconstructionofsafetysupervisionsystem forthecompetive intellgence work andscientific and technologicalinnovationplatform，thus topromotethedevelopmentofscientificandtechnologicalinnovationinFujian.
