Dynamic Evolution Analysis of Interdisciplinary Researchers’ Collaborative Willingness from the Perspective of Resilience in the Science and Technology Innovationn
Abstract Interdisciplinarycooperationwillngness serves asthecore micro-foundation supporting theresilienceoftechnologicalinnovation,yetitspracticaldilemmaof"highinitialwillingnessbutlowsustainability"restrictstheimprovementof China's innovationsystemefficiency.Toexplore this dynamicfluctuation law,basedonevolutionary game theory and interdisciplinarycollaboration theory,this paper focuses on thre core mechanisms: academic power balance,benefit distribution,and expected returns,constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model between research platforms and researchers from diferent disciplines,and analyzes the impact of key variableson cooperation wilingnessthrough simulation.The study findsthat:Academic power balance is thecoreofstablecooperation;moderate disciplinarydiferences can stimulatecooperation wilingness,whilepower imbalance prolongs thestabilizationcycle,with task centralityseringas aregulatorytol.The fairnessof benefit distributiondeterminescooperation resilience; unfair distribution is prone to cause systemic risks,which can be adjustedby subdividing implicit and explicit benefits inline with thecooperation stages.Appropriate punishment mechanisms are more conducive to guiding cooperation than incentives. Corresponding policyuggestions such as hierarchical response,powerchecksand balances,fair distribution,and scientificrewards and punishmentsareputforward,providing atheoreticalbasis forbuildingthe stabilityof interdisciplinarycooperation and a decision-making reference for improving the more resilient technological innovation system.
