Research on the Adoption of AlGC Health Information Driven by Dual Factors of Al Literacy and Health Information Literacy

Abstract Exploring the relationships，mechanisms，andconfigurational paths between artficial intellgence literacy， health information literacy，andAIGChealth informationadoption is fundamental foroptimizing human-AIinteraction processes and standardizing information behaviors.This paper employs multi-stage experiments，structural equation modeling，andconfigurationalanalysistoexaminetheinfluenceofartificialintelligence literacy，ealthinformationliteacy，andAIGChealth informationadoption.Researchfindingsindicatethatartificial intellgenceliteracyandhalthinformation literacy have apositive impactonthe adoptionof AIGChealth information，and perceivedsystemqualityand perceived informationqualityare important influencing paths，which further expand the information adoption model.At the same time，perceived knowledge consensus can also drive trust and the adoptionof AIGC health information by acting on perceivedsystemqualityand perceived informationquality，whichreflects the multi-sourceinformationverificationrelationshipof individuals towardsAI-generated content.Inaddition，configurationanalysisreveals that，apartfromthe trust-system dominant configurationadoption mode ledbytrustand perceived systemquality，thereare twootheradoptionmodes，namelythe ethics-orientedconfigurationand theevaluation-orientedconfiguration.Thisalso providesa directional basis for regulating the adoption behavior of AIGC health information.
