[Abstract]ByusingBRTtonaleICLRpaperdatathepaperswerecasfedintofourcategories：spotigtpapersralpapeoster paperandrejetpperealitfteviessaldsdeedimesioapesreeviemodendoidnce score.Theresutsshowthatintecontextofopenperreviewmostreviewcommentshavehiglyonstructivecharacteristicsuthis characteriticvariesinferentesofpapers;ompardittesingle-blindrevimode，thereviewcommetsinthdoubleblindreview modearemorecostructiveompaedtogonfidencerevewersowonfidenceexpertstndtoovidelowequalityvients; inmanyloworingapesevieexprtsailtoovideostructiveieommentsissdsthelatioshipept reviewbehaviorandviequalityfromauitidimensioalperspectiveandrovideseferencesuggestiosforimprovigpeereveodels andimprovingreviewquaityBasedonthese，promotingthereformanddevelopmentofpeerreviewshouldpromoteopenperreviewto enhancethetransparencyofexpertreviewandthequaityofacademicexchange;strengthenthemanagementofrevieandintroduceincentive mechanismstoimprovethequalityfreviewopinios;promotethedouble-blindreviemodetencouagereviewerstobetivelyandly evaluate the quality of papers.
