2018年,我国教育部印发的《中小学图书馆(室)规程》将中学图书馆定位为校园文献信息中心和教学科研的重要场所,IFLA和联合国教科文组织发布的《学校图书馆宣言2025》(IFLA-UNESCOSchoolLibraryManifesto2025)同样指出,学校图书馆应在素养教育、批判性思维、创造力培养以及全球公民教育方面发挥重要的协作作用[1]。(剩余18298字)
