The Effects of Applying γ -Aminobutyric Acid and Organic Fertilizer on Continuous Potato Yield, Qualityand Soil Activity

The results showed that the application of γ- aminobutyric acid and organic fertilizer not only significantlyincreasedtheyieldandqualityofpotatos,utalsoadapositieectonsoilactivity.Compardwiththeontol(CK), the yield increased by 8.03% ,the single potato weight increased by 7.23% ,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter increased by (20 7.99% , 9.85% respectively.In terms of quality,the dry matter content increased by 7.21% ,the starch content increased by 40.43% the protein content increased by 3.77% ,the reducing sugar content increased by 6.90 % ,Vitamin C content increased by 11.78% ,and thesoilenzymeactivityandmicrobial biomass intherootzonealsosignificantlyincreased.Inconclusion,theappicationof γ- aminobutyriccidandrganicfertlirotonlysigncantlyincreasstheyieldndqualityofpotatos,utalsofetivelypoves soil activity.
