Abstract:Toinvestigatetheefectof mushroomvirusLev-HKBonthedevelopmentofmushroomfruitingbodies.Inthisstudythe mainvarietyofshitake mushrooms inNanyang,96O8wasusedasthetestmaterial.Ribavirindrugdetoxificationcombined with mycelialtipdetoxificationtechnologywasusedtoobtainshitakemushroomstrainsthatwerefreeofLeVHKBvirus.Bysystematialy comparingandanalyingthemorpholgyyield,andothertraitsofthefruitingbodiesofdetoxifiedstrainsandvirus-fectedcotol strains,andusingmulti-layerperceptronandnearestneighbormethodtoanalyzethemainepigenetictraitsthatafecttraitidicators. Theresultsshowedthatthedetoxifedshitake mushrooms exhibitedsignificantincreasesinallproductiontraits.Theaverageyieldofa single mushroom increased by56.65 % ,thediameterofthefruitingbodycapsignificantlyincreasedby19.89 % ,thelength of the stem increased by 6.94% ,and the morphology became more complete.The length of the fungal stem was significantly correlated with detoxification,wilicatsereglyoelaedittoationouhiteactiveoelaonaalys,iasfoudat detoxificationhadasignificantpositivecorelationwiththeweightofindividualshitakemushroomsandasignfcantpositivecorelationwithyieldinrease.Multilayerperceptronandarestneigbornalysishoedatcapameter,capickness,andelength werthemainepigenetictraitsthatafectedothertraitindicators.Inconclusion,researchhasconfirmedthatthepresenceofLeV HKBcaninhibitthenoraldevelopmentofthefruitingbodyof96O8shitakemushrooms.Removingtheviruscanefectivelyimprove thefruitingbodytraits,providingtheoreticalbasisandtechnicalreferenceforhigh-qualityandhigh-yieldcultivationofhtake mushrooms and virus prevention and control.
