Effect of Seasonal Factors on the Qualityof Sex-controlled Embryo Production and Embryo Transfer Ef. fectinDairy Cows

Abstract：Inordertostudytheimpactoftheseasonalfactorsonthequalityof theembryoproductionandtheefectofembryotransplantation，thistestchosetousetheembryomethdinTanjintoproduce536dairyembryosintheTanjnareaofwhichBorabove levelBorabovethenumberofembryoscanreach366 pieces，andthenumberofembryoscanbeusedby4.58heads;36Odairy embryos can be transplanted，with an average tire rate of 5 6 . 3 9 % . The test results showed that the seasonal factors had a certain impact onthequalityofdairyembryoproductionandembryonictransplantationefect.Withthearivaloftheotseason，thenumberofembryosproductionandthenumberofembryosinthebodyofdairybodywouldbereduced.SignificantlybelowApril，thediferencewas significantly level （ P ⋅ transplanted in May and June.In conclusion，seasonal factors have agreat impact on the quality of embryoproductionandembryotransplantationfectontheintealcontrolofdairycows，embryoproductionndembryotransplantation in Tianjin should not be carried out ina hot season.
