TheAlleviating Effect of Exogenous Gibberellinon Maize Seedling Growth Under Salt Stress QIAO Jiao
(ColegetEnotdLees,lesityoectroceedoognla) Abstract:Toxpellvatingtofogeousrelln)oaltsrs,ntocntatisofG(O and ) were appliedunderthesalt stresssimulatedby sodiumchloride,andwe measured the morphologicaland physiological indexes of corn seedlings .The research results showed that exogenous increased the leaf area,plant height,root length,and numberfrottipsofconsedlingsundersalt stressimprovedtheactivitiesofperoxidase(POD)andsuperoxidedismutase(SOD), thecontentsofsolublesugarsandtherelativecontentsofchlorophyllHwever,itreducedthecontentofmalondialdehyde(MDA).I conclusion, after spraying on seedlings,the impact of salt stresson the growth and development of seedlings is significantly weakenedbyincreasing thephysiologicalactivityofsedlings,andthealleviating effectisthemostobviousataconcentrationof : Key words: corn; salt stress; gibberellin; seedlings grow
