梨遗传连锁图谱研究进展
摘 要: 梨树很多农艺性状为数量性状,遗传规律的研究相对滞后,因此传统培育方法挖掘梨品种优良性状周期长。构建梨高密度遗传连锁图谱,可以对其优良性状进行基因定位。国内外目前已经构建了多张梨遗传图谱,但是高质量的遗传图谱严重不足,因此开发覆盖整个基因组的高密度分子标记,构建高密度遗传图谱是至关重要的。

Advances in genetic linkage map of pear

Abstract: Some agronomic traits of pear are quantitative traits, and the study of genetic law is relatively backward, so the period of traditional breeding for pear varieties is long. High-density genetic linkage map of pear was constructed, which can be used for gene mapping of its good traits. At present, many pear genetic maps have been constructed at home and abroad, but the high-quality genetic maps are not enough, so it is very important to develop high-density molecular markers covering the whole genome to construct high-density genetic maps.
