Abstract:To investigate the efects nitrogen phosphorus aditions water treatments onthegrowth photosynthetic characteristics Fraxinus mshurica seedlings,this study used one-year-old seedlings F . mshurica as the research subject.Aromized block design was utilized with three water gradients:drought (DR,volumetric water content 13% ),control(CK,volumetric water content 26% ), water addition(W,volumetric water content 39% ), fourfertilizationgradients:NOPO(0g/plantN,0g/plantP),N1P1(O.5g/plantN,0.25g/plantP),N2P2(1g/plantN, 0.5g/plantP ), N3P3(1.5 g/plant N,O.75 g/plantP). The growth,biomass alocation, photosynthetic characteristics F .mshurica seedlings under different water fertilizer treatments were analyzed to elucidate their physiological responses to theseconditions.The results showed that water availabilityhada more significantimpactonthe growth F . mshurica seedlings compared to nitrogen phosphorus fertilization.When soil water content was 39 % fertilizationreached N2P,theseedling heightgrowth,basediameter growth,totalbiomass,ndnetphotosythetic rate achieved their maximum values. Specifically,these parameters were 82.59%,39.83 % , 74.61% , 64.03% (20 higher,respectively,compared to the control(soil water content 26%+ NOPO).Compared with water addition treament,drought significantlyreduced indicatorssuchas seedling height growth,base diameter growth,total biomass, net photosynthetic rate F .mshurica seedlings. Therefore,appropriate fertilization can enhance the growth F mshurica seedlings under adequate water conditions.These findings provideatheoretical basis forthecultivation F. mshurica seedlings.
