摘 要 如何缓解骨关节疾病所致疼痛一直是临床上的一个难题，而高能量激光疗法可能是骨关节疾病所致疼痛的有效治疗选择。本文介绍高能量激光疗法用于骨关节疾病所致疼痛治疗的研究进展及其发展方向。

ABSTRACT How to alleviate the pain caused by osteoarticular diseases has always been a difficult problem in clinical practice， and high-intensity laser therapy （HILT） may be an effective treatment option. This paper introduces the research progress and development direction of HILT in the treatment of pain caused by osteoarticular diseases.
