“一带一路”背景下中国沿海港口竟争力分析

Abstract: In order to beter reflect the comprehensive competitiveness of major ports in China's coastal areas,an evaluation index system of coastal port competitiveness is constructed from four dimensions, port infrastructure,economic structure,port eficiency,and port development potential. Combined with the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS),the methods of random subjective and objective weighting are used to evaluate port competitiveness respectively,and the Kendall consistency test and the CRITIC algorithm are used to combine the subjective and ojective weights of each index to construct the port competitiveness evaluation model of combination weighting-TOPSIS. Fourteen major coastal ports in China are taken as research objects,and experimental analysis is carried out. The results show that, Shanghai Port and Ningbo Zhoushan Port are the most competitive; Tianjin
Port,Guangzhou Port,Shenzhen Port, Qingdao Port,Yantai Port,and Dalian Port are more competitive ; Zhanjiang Port,Haikou Port,Fuzhou Port,Xiamen Port,Quanzhou Port,and Shantou Port are less competitive. The cluster analysis of the index data of each port is carried out,and the clustering results are consistent with the evaluation results,which verifies that the evaluation model is reasonable.
