论社区改造中的全适性与协作式维度

摘要：采用全适性设计（Design for All）的方法进行老旧社区的设计改造，是一种设计新理念的实践，这种适应尽可能多的用户群体的方法是将住户、设计师、社区行政部门以及生活需求统一到设计的过程中，最大限度地发挥利益相关者的合作优势的方式。

Abstract：The design and renovation of old communities through Design for All method is a new practice of concept. It could adapt to as many users as possible and integrate residents，designers，community administrative departments，and living needs into the design process，maximizing the collaborative advantages of stakeholders.

引言

城市化的进程带来了居住空间的范式变化，在我国城市近几十年的高速发展过程中，社区的建筑和环境不可避免地逐渐老化和失能，而随着社区居民的多元化，他们对居住要求的指向性日趋复杂。（剩余6497字）
