——2023复旦管院新年论坛上的演讲

摘 要：   影响我们科创事业和国家前途的最大瓶颈是教育。人才培养自有其规律，每个孩子各有天性、各有天赋，因材施教是祖训，培养创新人才是国家的当务之急、教育界的迫切使命。我们必须倡导真正的大学精神、科学精神、企业家精神，这是国家社会走进新时代、进行现代性转型的动力。

Promoting University Spirits， Scientific Spirits and Entrepreneurship：The Speech Delivered on New Year Forum at ManagementSchool in Fudan University

Abstract：  Education is regarded as the bottleneck which impacts China’s innovation and prosperity. Talents cultivation has its own way. Each student is unique and endowed with individual gift. It is our ancestor’s preaching that educating students in accordance with their aptitude， which is our urgent mission. We need to promote authentic university spirits， scientific sprits and entrepreneurship， which serve as the momentum to drive China’s modern transformation.
