公立医院高质量发展的思考与实践

摘要：高质量发展是当前卫生健康行业研究的重点课题。从分析公立医院高质量发展面临的形势、存在的不足入手，提出了公立医院高质量发展的指导思想、实现路径，并介绍了上海市第一人民医院的具体实践，以供同行借鉴和参考。
