整车降温性能优化试验研究

【摘  要】针对客户认为汽车空调降温性能还有优化的空间，经过分析，增加HVAC总成出风模式功能和仪表板出风口通风面积。按照汽车行业标准QC/T 658—2000进行环境仓试验验证，试验结果表明可以达到快速降温目的。

【Abstract】There is still room for improvement in the cooling performance of car air conditioning，as customers believe. After analysis，the functions of the HVAC assembly's air outlet mode have been enhanced，and the ventilation area of the instrument panel's air outlet has been increased. In accordance with the automotive industry standard QC/T 658—2000，environmental chamber tests were carried out for verification. The test results indicate that rapid cooling can be achieved.
