电子诊断技术在新能源车辆限扭故障分析的运用

【摘  要】结合售后现场反馈车辆限制扭矩品质问题及其故障发生的基本情况，通过已开发的电子诊断技术（诊断仪、国家监控平台法规数据及其云诊断），分析发生故障的零件，深挖根本原因，最终提出解决方案。电子诊断技术为现场服务工程师解决故障提供有力的数据支撑。

【Abstract】Combined with the after-sales field feedback of the vehicle limit torque quality problems and the basic situation of failure，through the developed electronic diagnosis technology：diagnosis instrument，national monitoring platform regulatory data and cloud diagnosis，analyze the faulty parts and explore the root cause，and finally propose a solution. Electronic diagnostic technology provides field service engineers with powerful data support for troubleshooting.
