【摘  要】文章以直流充电无法充电的故障案例为例，分析直流接触器烧结检测原理，针对烧结故障，列举两种实际检测方法，对新能源汽车维修及案例教学提供实践参考。

【Abstract】This paper takes the failure case of DC charging failure as an example，analyzes the principle of DC contactor sintering detection，and lists two practical detection methods for sintering failure. It provides practical reference for new energy vehicle maintenance and case teaching.
