新能源汽车驱动电机壳体与铁心过盈量优化设计

【摘 要】新能源汽车驱动电机的壳体与铁心的过盈量设计需要考虑低温下抵抗材料屈服,也要考虑高温及复杂载荷下的打滑,还需要考虑加工及装配,需要综合不同工作工况及条件择优设计。文章针对新能源汽车驱动电机壳体与铁心过盈量设计问题,通过理论计算和有限元仿真分析,提出优化设计思路。

【Abstract】The interference design of the shell and iron core of the new energy vehicle drive motor needs to consider the resistance to material yield at low temperature,also needs to consider the skid under high temperature and complex load,and also needs to consider the processing and assembly,which needs to be optimized under different working conditions and conditions. This paper aims at the interference design of the shell and iron core of the new energy vehicle drive motor. Through theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis,the optimization design idea is put forward.

新能源汽车驱动电机工况复杂:①温升负荷大,电机铁心温度可以到170℃甚至更高,工作温差大,最低-40℃,最高125℃;②扭矩负载高,电机最高功率密度10kW/kg,甚至更高。(剩余3196字)
