【摘  要】随着卡车电气化趋势发展的深入，各类电控系统也随之增多，而CAN总线作为控制器之间通信的桥梁，其作用日益显现。卡车制造阶段因生产操作、制件品质等因素会造成一系列的CAN总线方面的电气故障，通常这类故障相对于其他硬线故障更加复杂，值得分析和学习。

【Abstract】With the development of truck electrification trend，all kinds of electronic control systems are also increasing. As a communication bridge between controllers，CAN-bus plays an increasingly important role. In the truck manufacturing stage，a series of CAN-bus faults will be caused by production operation，part quality and other factors. Compared with other hard-wire faults，such faults are usually more complex and worthy of analysis and learning.
