汽车12V正极线束端子腐蚀分析及设计优化

【摘  要】线束作为汽车的电路网络主体,在连接电子电器部件和传送电信号中起到重要作用,其线束端子就是连接线束与各模块的纽带。本文针对某车型项目阶段出现的端子腐蚀断裂问题,从整车布置、端子镀层等方面入手,分析失效的原因,并提供研究优化方案。

【Abstract】As the main body of the automobile circuit network,the harness plays an important role in connecting electrical and electronic components and transmitting electrical signals. The harness terminal is the link between the harness and each module. Aiming at the terminal corrosion and fracture problem occurred in the project stage of a vehicle model,this paper analyzes the failure causes from the vehicle layout,terminal coating and other aspects,and studies the optimization scheme.
