【Abstract】Through the analysis process of a real vehicle case ,this paper explores the different factors causing the grounding wire over-current of 48V battery pack, and verifies and investigates each influencing factor one by one. Finally the root cause of the grounding wire over-current is identified, and a set of effective solutions are summarized to provide reference for the subsequent vehicle development
