永磁直流电机碳刷磨损和PWM控制频率关系的研究

[摘要] 通过对不同条件下直流电机的碳刷磨损研究,发现碳刷磨损量和电流以及PWM控制频率之间的关系,为电机的碳刷设计提供了理论基础,同时对于控制频率的使用和电机控制器(ECU)成本之间的关系也指明了方向。

Study on the Relationship Between Carbon Brush Wear and PWM Control Frequency of Permanent Magnet DC Motor
Abstract:By studying the brush wear of DC motor under different conditions,the relationship between brush wear,current and PWM control frequency is found,which provides the theoretical basis for brush design of DC motor,and the relationship between the use of control frequency and the cost of motor controller (ECU)is also indicated.
