[摘要]转向盘本体发泡外观不良是发泡工艺常见的一种失效形式。本文将从发泡材料的特性、发泡设备、制造工艺设计的确定3个方面出发，结合发泡工艺原理，进行原因分析，并提出解决方法。

Vehicle Steering Wheel Foaming Process - Analysis of Common Poor Appearance

Abstract：Poor foaming appearance of steering wheel body is a common failure form of foaming process. In this paper，starting from the characteristics of foaming material，the determination of foaming equipment and manufacturing process design，combining with the principle of foaming process，causes are analyzed and solutions are proposed.
