章薇教授治疗中风后痉挛偏瘫临证经验

【摘 要】章薇教授认为中风后痉挛偏瘫病机责之阴阳失调，气血不通，在治疗上章教授运用首创的张力平衡针法平衡患侧肢体屈肌与伸肌的肌力，恢复患者肢体正常的肌张力，促进患肢神经功能修复，结合头针整体治疗，同时予以中药、康复训练等综合治疗，为患者谋求最优疗效，并附以医案佐证。

Abstract：

The pathogenesis of spasmodic paralysis after stroke is Yin and Yang imbalance，this paper introduces professor Zhang Weis diagnosis and treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke and the rule of acupoint selection，the use of tension balance needle balance affected limb flexor muscle and extensor muscle balance，restore the normal muscle tension of the limbs of patients，and promote the repair of nerve function of the affected limbs，Combined with scalp acupuncture whole treatment.At the same time with TraditionalChinese medicine，rehabilitation training，personalized treatment for patients，in order to search the optimal curative effect for patient，and with a medical case evidence.
