基于少阳枢机理论辨治胃食管反流病

【摘 要】胃食管反流病是一种常见消化系统疾病，目前临床治疗以药物及个人生活调摄为主，但复发率较高，中医药治疗该病颇具特色。文章通过阐述少阳枢机理论内涵，从少阳枢机不利角度认识该病的发病机制，认为临床治疗当以调畅少阳枢机为要。

Abstract：

Gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）isacommon digestive system disease.Currently，the clinical treatment is focus on drugs and personal life and daily care，but the recurrence rate is high.Traditional Chinese Medicine is quite unique in treating this disease.By elaborating the connotation of the theory of Shaoyang pivot， the article recognizes the pathogenesis of GERD from the aspects of abnormal Shaoyang pivot，and argues that the clinical treatment should be based on the regulation of Shaoyang Pivot，in order to provide ideas for in-depth research and effective diagnosis and treatment of GERD.
