基于“分消走泻法”浅析“湿热型阴痒”的治疗思路

【摘 要】分消走泻法是古代医家综合运用辛散、芳化、燥湿类药物以达宣畅调气、祛湿化浊之效，使三焦气机调畅、湿热分消的一类治法。临床上以“湿热蕴结，流注下焦”的湿热型阴痒缠绵难愈，现代医家在“分消走泻法”的指导下治疗妇人阴痒疗效颇佳，文章通过运用“分消走泻法”治疗妇人阴痒的临床医案来阐述其治疗思路。

Abstract：

The method of dispersal and diarrhea is a kind of treatment method in which ancient doctors used a combination of pungent， aromatizing and dampness-drying drugs to achieve the effect of promoting and regulating qi， dispelling dampness and removing turbidity， so that the qi of the three jiao can be regulated and dampness and heat can be dispersed. In clinical practice， the damp-heat type of yin itch， which is “damp-heat-embedded and flowing into the lower jiao”， is persistent and difficult to be cured. In this paper， we will elaborate on the treatment idea by using the clinical case of the “division and elimination of diarrhea” method for treating Yin itch in women.
