七彩磁性防伪油墨在烟标中的效果表达与应用研究

摘要：在现有印刷设备基础上，研究增配具有磁定向功能的个性化印刷单元，实现磁性光变防伪材料工艺的应用。由新型设备、新型材料、定制防伪印刷磁版三者共同构成磁性光变技术应用系统，利用独特的印制效果和极高的技术难度，实现创新型的钞券级防伪技术，应用于烟标防伪印刷。

Study on the Expression Effect and Application Technology of Colorful Magnetic Anti-Counterfeiting Ink in The Smoke Standard

Abstract： Based on the existing printing equipment， study and add personalized printing units with magnetic orientation function to realize the application of magnetic optical conversion anti-counterfeiting material technology. The new equipment， new materials and customized anti-counterfeiting printing magnetic versions jointly form a magnetic optical conversion technology application system. With the unique printing effect and extremely high technical difficulty， it can realize the innovative banknote level anti-counterfeiting technology and be applied to smoke label anti-counterfeiting printing.

磁性光变油墨由瑞士SICPA公司率先开发，该公司通过粉碎具有对称结构的五层光变镀层结构形成光变颜料（OVP）[1]，进而获得光变油墨（OVI），而且与印刷技术结合，于1987年6月正式将光学变色油墨推向市场[2]，自此，光变油墨在货币上正式得到应用。（剩余4020字）
