红外光谱在可降解塑料包装材质分析中的应用

摘要:采用衰减全反射(ATR)红外光谱建立对可降解塑料包装的成分鉴别方法;应用红外光谱对可降解塑料包装进行分析;通过对可降解塑料PBAT、PLA等主要吸收带的分析,得到了PBAT、PLA等原料及其制品红外光谱的特点;ATR红外光谱分析法用于鉴别可降解塑料包装的主要材质,操作简便,快速高效。

Application of Infrared Spectroscopy on Material Analysis of Degradable Plastic Packaging

Abstract: The technique of ATR (Attenuated Total Refraction)-FTIR analysis was adopted to identify the components of degradable plastic packaging. Plastic samples were analyzed by Infrared Spectroscopy. Through the analysis of the main absorption bands of degradable plastics PBAT and PLA, the characteristics of PBAT and PLA materials and their products were obtained. ATR infrared spectroscopy is used to identify the main materials of degradable plastic packaging, which is simple, fast and efficient.
