Effect of plant growth regulator on the quality of Wuhecuibao grape

Abstract： The greenhouse-grown Wuhecuibao grapes were sprayed with the plant growth regulators gibberellin（GA3）and chloropyrifos （CPPU）2 d after the end of flowering，and four treatments were set up： gibberellin（GA3） 10mg/L GA33mg/L+CPPU1mg/L 0 GA35mg/L+CPPU 1mg/L GA310mg/L+CPPU1mg/L ，and sprayed with fresh wateras the control，to study the effect of growth regulator fruit quality of Wuhecuibao.The results showed that allfour treatments could increase the spike weight，spike length，and spike width of seedless Wuhecuibao grapes; enhance the brightness and greenness ofthe fruit grains;thickofcob，stem，and stalk;reduce the soluble solids content of the fruit and increase the totalacid content，resulting ina slightly lighter fruit taste; The mixed solution of GA35mg/L+CPPU1mg/L and GA310mg/L+CPPU1mg/L increased fruit hardness;Considering the effects of various treatments，it is recommended to apply GA3 10mg/L+CPPU1mg/L in production.
