中国粮食安全问题的多维研究

摘要：粮食安全的重要性不言而喻。文章结合实际，对粮食安全中的粮食政策法规、粮食生产能力、粮食购销状况、粮食产业发展、粮食安全考核和粮食发展趋势等6个问题进行了分析，并提出将“谷物自给率”纳入监测预警范围、粮食购销上一味的全部放开或过度保护都不可取、粮食安全无近忧但须远虑等观点。

Multidimensional Research on Food Security in China

Abstract： The importance of grain safety is self-evident. In combination with the actual situation， this article analyzes 6 issues， including grain policy and regulations， grain production capacity， grain purchase and sales status， grain industry development， grain safety assessment， and grain development trends. It’s also suggested that the "grain self-sufficiency rate" should be included in the scope of early warning， the blindness or over-protection of the food purchase and sales are not desirable， the food safety has no sadness in the near future， but it must have long-term consideration.
