机制砂高质量加工与混凝土应用研究

摘要：机制砂具有料源稳定、氯离子含量低等特点，在混凝土中应用广泛。依托某公路工程，开展粉砂岩机制砂高质量加工与应用研究，重点介绍了粉砂岩机制砂高质量加工技术，分析了石粉含量对高性能混凝土工作性能的影响，提出了“六区两室一池”的机制砂场区布局以及人工与机械相结合的三级分拣技术。

Research on High Quality Processing of Machine-Made Sand and Application of Concrete

Abstract： Machine-made sand is widely used in concrete because of its stable material source and low chloride content. Based on a certain highway project， the research on high-quality processing and application of siltstone machine-made sand is carried out. It focuses on the high quality processing technology of siltstone machine-made sand， analyzes the influence of stone powder content on the workability of high-performance concrete， and puts forward the layout of "six zones， two chambers and one pool" of machine-made sand field and the three-level sorting technology combining manual and mechanical methods.

随着国家“节能环保”的深入推进，天然砂资源的限制开采，目前市场的天然砂资源成本高，料源不稳定，天然砂的品质愈来愈差，氯离子含量超标最为典型，而且供货不及时，很难获取，严重影响结构物质量和施工进度。（剩余1975字）
