摘  要：城乡排水管网工程是保障排水安全、城乡水环境治理质量的重要基础设施，因其摸底难度大、影响范围广、施工周期长等特点，导致工程投资控制面临巨大挑战。对城乡排水管网工程各阶段的投资控制方式进行系统性研究，为城乡排水管网工程的从业人员提供参考。

Abstract： Urban and rural drainage network project is an important infrastructure to ensure the safety of drainage and the quality of urban and rural water environment treatment. Because of its difficult to find out， wide range of influence， long construction period and other characteristics， the project investment control is faced with great challenges. This paper makes a systematic study on the investment control mode of each stage of urban and rural drainage pipe network project， in order to provide reference for the employees of urban and rural drainage pipe network project.
