浅埋破碎软岩地层盾构穿越老旧房屋施工关键技术研究

摘  要:土压平衡盾构在埋深浅、裂隙发育的破碎软岩地层中、地表分布年代久远以及结构老旧的浅基础房屋等工况条件下,施工存在较大风险。该文针对此类工况,从掘进模式、精细化管控措施等方面展开论述,形成一套行之有效的施工应用技术,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In the working conditions of shallow buried depth, broken soft rock strata with cracks, long-term surface distribution and shallow foundation houses with old structure, there are great risks in the construction of earth pressure balance shield. Aiming at this kind of working condition, this paper discusses from the aspects of tunneling mode, fine management and control measures, and forms a set of effective construction application technology, which can provide reference for similar projects.
