摘  要：该文详细介绍一级蜗杆减速器的设计方法及步骤，在满足强度和刚度前提下，同时使其具有良好的工艺性，作者通过查阅相关手册后，通过大量真实数据和公式，最终描述一套完整的设计蜗杆减速器的方法，具有良好的参考性，以期为减速器设计人员提供参考。

Abstract： This paper introduces in detail the design methods and steps of the primary worm reducer， which not only satisfies the strength and stiffness， but also makes it have good processability. After consulting the relevant manual， through a large number of real data and formulas， a complete set of methods for designing worm reducer is described， which provides reference for the reducer designers.
