二次热处理对芳纶纸蜂窝高度变化趋势及影响因素分析

摘  要:芳纶纸蜂窝片切后的端面会有纤维裸露,放置在环境中会造成蜂窝厚度变化,影响使用的精度。该文采用不同温度(90、120、150 ℃)对自制芳纶纸蜂窝进行烘干,研究烘干温度对不同孔格尺寸、纸张厚度蜂窝高度的影响。通过分析纸张的热收缩和环境处理后蜂窝高度方向变化探究尺寸收缩的原因。

Abstract: After the aramid paper honeycomb sheet is cut, there will be fibers exposed on the end face, and the honeycomb thickness will change when placed in the environment, which will affect the accuracy of use. In this paper, the honeycomb of self-made aramid paper was dried at different temperatures (90, 120, 150 ℃), and the effects of drying temperature on the honeycomb height of different hole size and paper thickness were studied. The reason of size shrinkage is explored by analyzing the heat shrinkage of paper and the change of honeycomb height direction after environmental treatment.
