承插管道泄漏原因分析

摘  要：该文主要描述压水堆核电厂在消防系统调试过程中发生的承插管道泄漏问题，主要讲述消防系统承插口漏水事件过程、原因分析及处理方案，从根本原因角度解析，该问题过程中的根本原因，体现层层屏障失效，以至于管道泄漏。主要为其他项目提供经验反馈，避免出现类似情况。

Abstract： The article describes the leakage of socket pipe in the process of fire protection system commissioning in PWR nuclear power plant， that mainly describes the water leakage event process， cause analysis and treatment plan of fire protection system socket pipe， from the root cause perspective， the root cause in the process of the problem， it reflects the failure of layers of barriers， so that the pipeline leaks. This article mainly provides empirical feedback for other projects to avoid similar situations.
