基于B/S模式的科研项目信息化管理系统设计研究

摘  要：当今社会，科学技术的飞速发展对科研项目管理工作提出越来越高的要求。该文通过分析传统模式下科研管理存在的一些问题，设计开发基于B/S模式的科研项目信息化管理系统，实现对课题项目全流程跟踪管理、文档电子化管理、部门间数据信息共享，从而提升科研项目信息化、科学化管理水平。

Abstract： In today's society， the rapid development of science and technology has posed higher and higher requirements for scientific research project management. By analyzing some problems existing in the scientific research management under the traditional mode， this paper designs and develops the Scientific Research Project Management System based on the B/S mode and realizes the whole process tracking management of the project， electronic management of documents， data and information sharing between departments， so as to improve the level of informatized and scientific management of scientific research projects.
