炉排炉协同处置飞灰技术探讨

摘  要:由于传统的飞灰处理主要方式就是稳定化+填埋,存在着成本高、对环境污染风险大等诸多问题。因此,有必要找到一种新的飞灰处理方式。该文通过分析炉排炉通过增加富氧燃烧设备协同处置飞灰技术的可行性和经济性,为同类型项目技改和新项目设计提供参考。

Abstract: As the traditional fly ash treatment is mainly stabilized and landfill, there are many problems, such as high cost, high risk of environmental pollution and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way to deal with fly ash. This paper analyzes the feasibility and economy of grate furnace by increasing the technology of collaborative disposal of fly ash by oxygen-enriched combustion equipment, so as to provide reference for technical renovation and new project design of the same type of project.

随着我国经济的发展和国民生活水平的提高,垃圾焚烧发电已经成为生活垃圾无害化处理的主流,产生的飞灰量也逐年增加,传统的飞灰处理方式就是稳定化+填埋,存在成本高及对环境污染风险大等问题,因此找到一种新的飞灰处理方式就显得很有必要。(剩余4676字)
